Helena has over 18 years' experience in commercial lending, most recently originating SBA loans with Affiliated Bank in Central Texas. Prior to that, she served as VP of Government Guaranteed Lending and team leader for the Central Texas Market at Green Bank. Helena is also a Managing Member of a local Inn/Spa property, a Certified Integrative Health Coach, and a yoga instructor.
Helena has specialized in commercial real estate financing (acquisition, construction, rent replacement, expansion), business acquisitions and partner buy-outs, debt consolidation and restructuring, as well as business expansion. Helena has a very strategic approach in working with her clients to successful outcomes.
She has been actively involved in the SBA, lending and real estate industry professional organizations, continuing education and her local community serving on committees and board alike. Helena is very passionate about supporting the small business community as proven through her demonstrated track record.
