Josh Orloff

Josh Orloff is based out of Minneapolis, MN and currently leads both the Midwest Region and National Franchise Sales departments where he and his team focus on providing expedited access to SBA financing. He joined the VelocitySBA team in 2023 and has over 15 years of banking experience with over a decade of that being specifically focused on SBA loans. Josh initially began his SBA career in the credit department, giving him a strong foundation of credit and SBA SOP knowledge, allowing him to strategically structure loans for his clients. Josh’s combined background of credit and sales allows him to provide excellent guidance to his small business clients as they focus on securing financing for working capital, business acquisition, commercial real estate purchase, or business debt refinancing needs.
