Rich has three decades of commercial lending experience in the Chicagoland market at various regional and large banking institutions, most recently coming from Wells Fargo where he was an SBA Business Development Officer. He has managed small to mid-size companies his whole banking career offering a holistic needs-based approach to his centers of influence, clients and prospects which has afforded him a strong, trusted reputation in the market. Rich's vast experience is not limited to sales, but also includes strong credit skills which have helped drive a good customer experience with his credit partners. As an SBA specialist, he has successfully assisted business owners nationwide with capital needs including business acquisitions, real estate purchases, working capital and debt refinance in many industries including manufacturing, wholesale, franchise, transportation, hospitality and healthcare/senior housing.
